Asian Japanese Dinner Late Night Fine Dining Patio Dining $$$$

Inspired by the Shinjuku ward in Tokyo, WAKUDA redefines high-end, modern Japanese dining. Discover new world tastes steeped in tradition through omakase, izakaya, and late-night menus. Located just off the lobby in The Palazzo tower, explore the culture of Japan through your taste buds.

Japan’s “Master of Cuisine”
Helmed by two-Michelin-starred chef Tetsuya Wakuda, guests can savor spins on Japanese classics. Across the globe, he's consistently praised for his unique style of cooking. What's his secret? He marries French technique with the Japanese philosophy of "shun." It's the concept of using seasonal ingredients at their peak. This way, every ingredient is at its freshest and of the highest quality.

Unrivaled Vegas Sushi
The finest fresh seafood is sourced from around the world. Guests can savor sushi, nigiri, sashimi, yakimono, and more. Ora King Salmon, soft shell crab, and toro are just some of the palate-pleasers to enjoy from the menu. Explore other nuanced dishes like mini donburi, soba, and yuba.

Exclusive Omakase Room
Guests can enjoy a true omakase at WAKUDA. What is omakase? Part world-class precision and part artistic intuition. Every evening offers an unexpected culinary journey between the guests and the chef. Each course is prepared a la minute based on guests’ reactions. Ranging from 10-15 courses, only eight seats are available so that each diner can receive a personalized experience.

Late-night Japanese Alchemy
Following dinner, guests can transition to the lounge. Surrounded by dark woods and neon elements, guests are treated to an indulgence for the senses. A cutting-edge mixology program showcases Japanese ingredients served with hand-crafted care. The menu boasts nearly 100 sakes, many only available at WAKUDA. For night owls, a special late-night menu is offered until midnight to curb any cravings. And the vibes? Curated by guest DJs that keep the energy right all night long.

Next-level Japanese Dining
Every choice at WAKUDA offers something new, and the environment enhances each moment. Modern takes on Japanese art create a distinct vibe throughout. Choose the main dining room, the patio overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, or the artful lounge.
